Problem
This Mill Valley home was previously coated with Spray Foam approximately 5 years ago. In a number of critical areas we found the foam had worn through, eventually leading to leakages.

Solution
We cleaned, repaired, primed the roof and applied two top coats of The Ultimate Coatings Eco-Therm Solar Reflective Elastomeric coating to the roof and walls.
