Problem
This houseboat had rigid foam insulation and a old leaking roof above it that was soaking wet.

Solution
We removed all dry rotten wood and insulation, waterproofed the roof and then installed a Cool Roof, which was finished with two coats of The Ultimate Coatings Solar Reflective white Elastomeric coating.
