Problem
This metal roof had many leaks and the corrugated metal was badly rusting.

Solution
We cleaned the roof, patched the holes, and fully primed the roof with a red oxide primer. The roof was then top-coated with two coats of a high quality Elastomeric coating (from The Ultimate Coatings Co.).
