5. Sessions Rise Home Owners Association, California

Problem
There was insufficient budget to replace the concrete roof tiles on the nine condominium buildings at Sessions Rise; however the owners collectively wanted to improve the look and value of their homes.

Solution
For a fraction of the replacement cost we cleaned, repaired and coated their concrete tile roofs. The roof color was coordinated with the exterior paint colors creating a beautiful palette. The roof tiles were coated with two coats THERMOSEAL (Ultimate Coatings), a very hard and durable solar-reflective, waterproof coating.
